Support for the woman who takes care of everyone else.
You've heard the phrase "take care of yourself" plenty of times, but how do you actually do that? This program shows you how, one practice at a time. Wired For Healing is a six-week live online program with practical tools to restore your nervous system and rebuild your energy after traumatic or toxic stress, plus faith-based practices for those who want them.
You don't have to wait until everything settles down before you start caring for yourself.
You're carrying a lot.
And it's taking a toll.
Maybe you're caring for an aging parent, supporting a sick spouse, or navigating the ongoing needs of a child. You love them deeply, but the heavy load you're carrying is affecting your own health. Or maybe a role that has defined who you are is coming to an end. Your children are leaving home, you're retiring, or you've stepped away from a job, community, or relationship. You know something needs to change, but you're exhausted and unsure what comes next, let alone where to begin.
You need resources that are practical and doable for your busy schedule and routine.
Your brain and body are hard-wired to heal
Your brain can rewire itself at any age. When you use the right support and practices, you'll build new neural pathways that help you respond better to stress, restore your internal rhythms, and care for yourself more gently.
Wired For Healing brings together three essential elements:
Neuroscience
Explore practical ways to support your neuroplasticity through evidence-based practices.
Faith
Discover the practices of lament, Sabbath, and rest to support you through the hard seasons.
Restorative Practice
Easy body-first practices you can do at home, even on your busiest days.
Learn new ways to support yourself with neurobiological techniques that actually move the needle.
Two seasons of life. One need for support.
When you can't put down the role you're carrying
For the woman who is caring for everyone but herself.
You're supporting an aging parent, a sick spouse, or a child with significant physical, mental, or emotional health needs. You may not be able to change your circumstances right now, but you want to protect your own brain and body as you care for someone you love.
When the role you've known is ending
For the woman who knows something needs to change but doesn't know what comes next.
Your children are leaving home. You're retiring. You've stepped away from a job or relationship. The role that once gave your days structure may no longer define you, and you're trying to find your footing while you protect your health and recover from burnout.

Six weeks. Live, virtually. Practical neuroscience, faith-based resources, and a supportive space to explore what works for you.
I created the program that I know women need.
For four years, I went through my own burnout while advocating for my father through his neurodegenerative decline. I also realized how often women are told to prioritize themselves without being given any concrete tools to make that possible. That experience led me to pursue a graduate certificate in Theology, Medicine, and Culture at Duke Divinity School, where my graduate project focuses on caregiving and burnout.
Wired For Healing grew out of the intersection of my personal experience, my academic work, my faith, and the recognition that women navigating these demanding seasons need more than well-meaning advice. They need practical resources, compassionate support, and permission to care for themselves, too.
